Container house is the name of all solid and movable structures which are needed in almost all areas. These structures could both be used temporarily or as a permanent house. As the groups of technical office and R&D within Ikon Prefabricated and Container’s organization, we design various container houses, in accordance with the needs of our customers, with our understanding of high quality.
Container houses are the most preferred structures for temporary sheltering after natural disasters thanks to their quick installation. Modern structures, that we design with our team who continuously follow technological advances, could also be used as permanent houses. These houses that we install are structures which could be designed in any size to satisfy all kinds of needs.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Ikon Villa’s productions are resistant to first degree earthquakes, wind speed up to 90km/h, snow load up to 80kg per m2. Load-bearing system consists of H, C and U model galvanized profiles.
LOAD-BEARING CONSTRUCTIONS
Columns, trusses, joists and mezzanine floor contsructions are processed in esoterically convoluted galvanized sheet. Mezzanine floor is coated with 16mm precast concrete panel and its ultimate load is 200kg per m2.
PAINT
All materials used in painting process are certificated by Turkish Standards Institute. Plastic paint is used on inner panels and ceiling sheetrock surfaces whereas acrylic paint is used on elevation. Duplex primer and duplex synthetic oil paint are used on metal surfaces.
ROOF and CEILING
30% curved hipped-gable roof systems are used on roofs. Stainless and unpainted deck sheet is used on metal purlins. soffits are 20cm wide stainless galvanization.
6. ELECTRICITY WIRING
Electricity wiring could be set up either surface mounted or flush mounted. Wires are used in Turkish Standards Institute certificated panels. Fuse, socket, switch, lighting and other materials are also certificated by Turkish Standards Institute as well. Counter, static grounding and outer connections are to be made by the customer.
INNER AND OUTER PANELS
Inner panel thickness of our structures is 6cm and inner panel height of our structers is 250cm. Outer panel thickness is 10cm. Inner and outer panels are produced of two-sided fibrocement or cement-bonded particleboard in the size of 8x1250x2500mm.
STAIRS
Stairs are coated with 16mm precast concrete panel on steelwork. Stair rails are produced of box sections. Metal components of stairs are painted with duplex primer and dublex oil color. Optionally, it could also be completely wood.
LOAD-BEARING CONSTRUCTIONS

INTERIOR and EXTERIOR DOORS
Interior doors are made of metal bodyworked, double-faced American press covering in size of 80x200cm or 90x200 cm. Exterior doors are made of aliminium in size of 160x200cm. Windows are PVC.
SANITARY INSTALLATIONS
Sanitary system is set up as flush mounted. All materials used (pipes, sink, sanitary ware etc.) are Turkish Standards Institute certificated. Water counter and outer connections are to be made by the customer.
